What is the Insites MCP server?

It's an integration between the Insites platform and your own AI agent, LLM or workflow. It allows you to embed the power of the Insites platform within your own AI agent, where you can do anything from running audits to summarising results to sending tailored proposals. It can even be used by your sales reps to break down audit data and help them level up their pitches and sales conversations.

So what kind of things can you do with the MCP server?

  1. You can run full digital presence audits directly from your AI agent, then summarise the audit results and extract the 3 - 5 most pressing issues, and create follow-up actions, conversation points or even email drafts

2. You can use conversational prompts to help you find businesses to prospect e.g

  • Find me 3 lawyers in Manchester and run an audit on each one

  • Run a full audit on greenwoodaccountants.co.uk and then summarise the top five issues in simple, non-technical language I can use on a sales call

  • Find three cafés in Bristol with weak online visibility, run audits on each, and tell me which one has the highest-priority issues we could solve with our services

3. Integrate audit insights into your sales or CRM workflow so that your team has actionable data, not just raw results, resulting in easier and smoother sales conversations.
