Not Receiving Emails from Insites?
If you or your team aren’t receiving welcome or password reset emails from Insites, it may be down to how your email server handles incoming messages.
Why this happens
We use an automated suppression list to protect our email deliverability. If a receiving server rejects one of our emails, usually because of spam filters, our email provider (Amazon SES) marks it as a complaint.
To prevent future issues and keep our sending reputation healthy, the email address is automatically added to the suppression list.
Note: Once on the suppression list, that email address will no longer receive any emails from Insites.
How to fix it
Whitelist our domain:
Make sure your email system allows messages frominsites.com
.Let us know once that’s done:
After you've confirmed the domain is whitelisted, reach out to us. We'll remove the affected email address from the suppression list and test to ensure delivery is working properly.
