Logging in with a username and password
Go to https://app.insites.com (or your white-label hostname, if you have one)
Enter your email address and password
Click Log in
The login screen will display the error message “We didn’t recognize your username and password. Please try again.” if your details are not accepted.
Can't remember your password?
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgotten password to request a password reset link. Additional instructions will then be emailed to you.
If you're a user inside an enterprise account, your administrator will also be able to initate a password reset.
