If you wish to delete your account, you can do so from within your subscription dashboard.
Doing this will permanently delete all the data we hold about you. The only information we will retain is details of your transactions with us, as we are required to retain this information in order to fulfil our tax & accounting obligations.
Deleting your account is permanent and non-reversible. Make sure you want to do this before following these instructions. Our support team CANNOT recover your account.
Log in to Insites
Click your profile icon top right
From the dropdown, choose "Subscription & Billing"
From the left choose "Billing details"
Click on "Delete account" and follow the instructions
