You can update your credit card details if you have signed up online for your Insites account.
If you are an Enterprise user and you need to update your billing method, please contact your Customer Success Manager who will be happy to help. Alternatively, please email support@insites.com.
To update your credit card details:
Log in to your Insites account
Click on your profile picture next to the All reports button
Select Account settings
On the left-hand menu, select Billing
Then select Subscription from the left-hand menu
Click on the Update card below your existing payment details
Update your details accordingly and save.
