Ensure accuracy when it comes to checking for local presence and other related metrics by using a number of localisation options in the platform.
Setting the user interface language
By default, Insites detects your language based on your computer’s localization settings and then sets the language accordingly.
You can change the user interface language when logging into Insites:
At the login screen, select your preferred language using the drop-down menu in the top-right-hand corner of the screen

If you are an Enterprise customer, but we do not offer Insites in a particular language, then please contact your Customer Success Manager as we may be able to include additional languages where possible. Alternatively, you can contact support via support@insites.com
Restrict Insites to certain languages
If you are an Enterprise customer, you can lock Insites to certain languages. This is useful if, for example, you want to make sure US English is always used instead of British English. If you need to enable this, please contact your Customer Success Manager, or email support via support@insites.com
SMB audit country
Some of Insites' checks are country specific. For example, those looking at keywords in Google will use the correct "local" version of Google.
By default, Insites detects the country the SMB operates in and will adjust the audit accordingly.
Where Insites fails to detect the country the business operates in, it will fall back to performing the audit using the "Report country" setting in your account. For this reason, you should set this to the market you operate in:
As an administrator, ensure you have logged into Insites
Click on the profile silhouette in the top right-hand corner next to the All Reports button
Select Account settings
Choose Analysis from the top menu
Ensure you are in General settings on the left-hand menu
Select the desired country in the drop-down menu under Report country
Click Save
Display currency
Insites can display monetary figures (e.g. Google Ads spend estimates, and proposal totals) in any currency. The process is very similar to changing the report country above, except you need to choose your preferred display currency using the 3-letter currency code.
